This plan integrates the requirements for a Regional Contingency Plan and the requirements for an Area Contingency Plan. The Region 7 Inland Area has been defined as the following four states; Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. This plan also incorporates EPA's response under the Stafford Act or FEMA's Federal Response Plan.
